George Osborne Number 11 refurbishment cost 30K



Calling in the Yestersday Daily Mirror. George Osborne used £30.000 of taxpayer’s cash to refurbished 17 rooms in Downing Street. The Millionaire Chancellor redecorated official rooms in number 11 and his grace and favour flat next door.



A freedom information request revealed that improvement cost £32.651 in total in the years from April 2010.


This compared to £10,140 spent in the previous 12 months.
